Shippers

Why ship carrier-direct

When you book with JULIO CESAR FLORES GOMEZ you are booking the truck, not a broker's promise to find one. The person quoting your freight has the equipment and the driver, and stays with the load until it delivers.

That means fewer surprises. The rate you are quoted is the rate we run. If timing is tight, you hear about it before you book. If something changes on the road, you get a call right away, not an apology afterward.

Service standards

What to expect

Fast, honest quotes

A clear rate and a realistic read on timing. No bait rate that grows accessorials later.

Confirmed in writing

Every booking is confirmed with pickup and delivery details, references and instructions.

Proactive updates

Updates at pickup, en route and before delivery, and immediately if anything changes.

Clean paperwork

Signed bill of lading and proof of delivery sent to you promptly after delivery.

Accurate invoicing

Invoices match the agreed rate and any accessorials agreed in advance.

Recurring capacity

Regular lanes get planned capacity, so you are not re-shopping the same freight every week.

No hidden fees

Accessorial charges, explained up front

Detention
Time a driver is held at a shipper or receiver beyond the free time agreed at booking. Free time and the hourly rate are confirmed before the load is accepted.
Layover
When a load cannot be delivered or loaded as scheduled and the driver must wait overnight or longer.
Truck ordered, not used (TONU)
A fee when a truck is dispatched and the load is cancelled or not ready after the truck arrives.
Lumper
A third-party unloading fee charged by some receivers. Passed through at cost with a receipt.
Stop-off
An additional pickup or delivery stop on the same load, agreed when the load is booked.
Driver assist
When the driver is asked to help load or unload. Agreed in advance, never assumed.

Accessorials are never a surprise. If one might apply to your freight, we discuss it when we quote, not on the invoice.
